Job Description

General duties consist of total menu preparation for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and all hospital guests. 

Education: High School or Equivalent (GED)
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of experience in Food Service or a related field.
Completion of a Culinary School course, volume food preparation, or fine restaurant menu preparation is desirable.
Ability to operate large and small food service equipment such as: ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, urns, mixers, blenders, braising pans, steam kettles, etc.
